Shipping Information

PDfriender usually applies a flat shipping fee of €9.90 worldwide. 

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Based on our previous orders and internal statistics, estimated delivery times are:

• Europe: 8–14 business days
• America: 14–21 business days
• Oceania: 21–30 business days

Please note that these delivery times are indicative and may vary.

 

Note for U.S. Customers

Due to the current customs and tariff situation related to U.S. trade policies, our usual courier services are temporarily unavailable. As a result, we are required to ship exclusively via FedEx.

Because of this change, the shipping fee has been adjusted to €24.90. This amount is still lower than our actual shipping cost, which is approximately €33, and we continue to absorb part of the expense to minimize the impact on our customers.
