Disclaimer
We designed the PDfriender's product on a Printed Circuit Board (PCB). The 3D-printed case is meant to frame the PCB. We can not guarantee the exact finishing and color of the case as shown on the website or advertisement. The items used to produce contents for the website and social advertising are unique pieces, 3D-printed and handcrafted, as every product by PDfriender. 

Damages and issues
It means any dysfunctionality due to manufacturing issues or mistakes in assembly. 
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
